Position Discription：
Assist lawyers to handle agent work in patent, trademark, copyright, Internet and other intellectual property litigation proceedings, engage in work related to intellectual property non-litigation projects

Workplace: Beijing

Requirement：
1. Holding a legal profession qualification certificate and a higher education background in science and engineering (priority is given to electronics, communications and software);
2. Fluent in English, able to write and communicate in English as a working language;
3. Priority is given to those with patent attorney qualification and those with working experience in well-known law firms or multinational enterprises; and
4. Optimistic and stable in character, creative, logically rigorous, decisive, thoughtful, good at team work, capable of fully understanding the characteristics and development trends of the industry, able to adapt to the nature of lawyer work.
