Position Discription:
Relatively independent agent work in patent, trademark, copyright, Internet and other intellectual property litigation proceedings, work related to intellectual property non-litigation projects and intellectual property training
Workplace: Beijing
Requirement:
1. Holding a Beijing lawyer's license and a higher education background in science and engineering (priority given to electronics, communications and software);
2. More than two years of full-time lawyer experience. Priority is given to those with working experience in well-known law firms or multinational enterprises;
3. Fluent in English, able to write and communicate in English as a working language;
4. Priority is given to those with patent attorney qualification; and

Requirements:
1. Holding a patent attorney qualification certificate (priority given to the fields of electronics and communication);
2. At least two years of practice experience as a full-time patent attorney;
3. Proficient in a foreign language and able to write and communicate with it as working language;
4. Those who have passed the judicial examination are preferred; and

+- Patent Process Commissioner/Patent Secretary
Position Discription:
1. Responsible for the whole-process management of domestic/foreign patent cases, including patent case filing, case progress monitoring and reminding, case submission, simple transfer, reply and submission of intermediate documents, and other related patent application procedural matters;
2. Monitoring and reminding the time limits and costs;
3. Communicate with domestic/foreign clients and provide feedback on patent process matters; and
4. Be responsible for handling other tasks assigned by the company's leaders.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, CET-6 or above, able to communicate in written and oral English, having basic ability to translate documents;
2. Serious, careful, having a strong sense of responsibility; and
3. Experienced in patent prosecution process.

1. Holding a Beijing lawyer's license, having two years of practice experience, having no record of administrative penalties or disciplinary punishments;

3. Having good personal accomplishment and rigorous work style, identifying with the culture of Wis & Weals, having a good sense of teamwork;
4. Having high self-confidence and responsibility to clients, having good professional ethics and good character;
5. Having independent source of cases and be able to handle litigation and non-litigation legal affairs independently; and
6. The allocation of case handling commissions is to be agreed upon separately.
