Position Discription：
Relatively independent agent work in patent, trademark, copyright, Internet and other intellectual property litigation proceedings, work related to intellectual property non-litigation projects and intellectual property training

Workplace: Beijing

Requirement：
1. Holding a Beijing lawyer's license and a higher education background in science and engineering (priority given to electronics, communications and software);
2. More than two years of full-time lawyer experience. Priority is given to those with working experience in well-known law firms or multinational enterprises;
3. Fluent in English, able to write and communicate in English as a working language;
4. Priority is given to those with patent attorney qualification; and
5. Optimistic and stable in character, creative, logically rigorous, decisive, thoughtful, good at team work, capable of fully understanding the characteristics and development trends of the industry, able to adapt to the nature of lawyer work.
