On July 28, 2018, “Seminar to Commemorate the 10th Anniversary of the Outline of the National Intellectual Property Strategy”, sponsored by Peking University International Intellectual Property Research Center, National Intellectual Property Strategy Implementation Research Base (Peking University), and co-organized by Beijing Wis & Weals Law Firm, was successfully held at Peking University. The seminar was one of the series of academic activities organized by Wis & Weals to mark the 10th anniversary of its establishment.

The seminar was hosted by Li Yang, a professor at Sun Yat-sen University, and Yang Ming, a professor at Law School of Peking University. Mr. Andy Yang, the managing partner of the firm, delivered a keynote speech on standard essential patents. Many experts, scholars, business representatives and legal experts participated in the seminar and jointly commemorated the tenth anniversary of the Outline of the National Intellectual Property Strategy. The on-site discussion at the seminar was overwhelming, and the seminar was successfully concluded in the wonderful conclusion of professor Yi Jiming of Peking University.
