Jin Yan started working in IP prosecution area in 2009. She had been working in well-known local and international firms before joining Beijing Wis & Weals Law Firm in 2022. Having worked in IP field for over 10 years, Jin has served both global 500 enterprises and small & medium sized enterprises. She has been consistently focusing on the non-litigation and litigation cases of IP rights, in particular managing trademark portfolio work, providing trademark strategic advice and negotiation. She is also experienced in trademark contentious & noncontentious matters, trademark enforcement, customs protection and copyright protection.
