Yan has been committed to intellectual property, especially trade mark, legal services since 2003. In the past 20 years, she spent half of the time working in traditional local IP firms, and half in reputable international IP firms. With formidable experience and prowess in trade mark prosecution and enforcement, Yan provides comprehensive consulting services, brand protection strategy, dispute resolution, customs protection, copyright protection and anti-unfair competition. She heads up our trade mark team that has expertise in both contentious and non-contentious areas. Yan and her team focus on long-term and high level outcomes for European and American clients in China.
